Last Mile Delivery

Quiqup assumes liability for orders up to the value agreed as per clients contracts. When submitting a claim to Quiqup, please ensure to provide proof of damage, proof of manufactured cost of the items and the order ID so our teams can investigate internally. 
Please submit any claims to support.dubai@quiqup.com and copy your Account Manager for resolution.
Quiqup is currently working on giving clients an option to subscribe to ad-valorem insurance for their orders on last-mile delivery - stay tuned for updates by the end of Q2 2024.


Fulfillment

  1. Negligence - If there's a damaged item because of Quiqup negligence, clients can claim a compensation as per our term and conditions.
  2. Insurance for external events - we recommend clients to seek out their own inventory insurance to cover external events that are not Quiqup’s responsibility such as fire, theft, floods, earthquakes... Quiqup can also assist in arranging this through partners at a cost to be discussed with your account manager.
