Initiation of Returns

  • Returns can be initiated either through Quiqdash or automated if you use Shopify by purchasing Returns Prime 
  • Login to your Quiqdash account, select an order that was previously delivered and select Return


  • Or create a new Single Order 

  • Add a note with which items are specifically being returned
  • Mark the Return Order as Ready for Collection
  • In addition, you should provide the client’s with a packing slip to print for returns which includes the SKU names and counts so Quiqup can process them accordingly.


Collection of Returns by Quiqup

  • Return requests placed before midnight on the day, will be collected the following day from the customer.
  • Customers will receive a whatsapp text to confirm a courier will pick up the order the following day.
  • ⚠️ Quiqup couriers bring a Quiqup pouch to support at the time of pickup. If the items collected do not fit in a pouch they must be sealed by the customer in the original packaging. Quiqup will refuse collection of non-sealed Returns.
  • Depending on the location of the order, the order will be brought back to the Quiqup Warehouse on the same day, or the following day for farther Emirates.

Processing of Returns by the Fulfillment Center

Services Included:
  • Collection
  • Basic Inspection -  for items sealed in original packaging (outer seal not damaged) and matching of barcodes
  • Restocking - if items are not damaged, sealed in original packaging
  • Disposal - of damaged items within 72hrs of email sent to you asking if you wish to retrieve the items, or dispose of them
⚠️ For failed deliveries returned to the fulfillment center (RTO) - these will be inspected and put back to stock directly

Services available at extra charge upon request:
For items that are stocked and sent without a tamper proof outer-seal (clothing, products without plastic seal, etc...) or upon request
  • Picture of items and email to you  - to confirm whether to restock or send items back to you for further inspection
  • Re-barcoding 

Services not available:
  • Product disassembly or reassembly
  • Re-packaging
  • Cleaning
  • Relabeling (anything other than barcodes)


Your Return Policy and Refunds

We strongly encourage you to have a clearly defined return policy on your website. Quiqup does not currently offer exchanges, and does not issue refunds to customers.
