Return Order

Returns can be initiated either through Quiqdash or automated if you use Shopify by purchasing Returns Prime.


2 Ways to create a return orders, from a delivered order or manual input:


Delivered Order


Login to your Quiqdash account, select an order that was previously delivered and select Return.

*make sure to mark it ready for collection to ensure it is collected promptly



Manual Input


1.Click "Create Single Orderand then select " Return "

2. Fill up the pickup details


In the Pickup block, add the location from where we will collect the return order.


*make sure the details are accurate to avoid delays and failed deliveries

2. Fill up the drop-off details


In the Dropoff block, select your standard location or choose "Other Address" for a one-time retrun location. Then, add the order reference number.

Note: You can move the pin on the map for a more accurate location

3. Create shipment

  • Click on the Create order to create the return order and automatically mark it "Ready for Collection"

  • Click on Save draft if you wish to keep the return order "Pending" to edit or process later

Some additional tips:

  • Add a note with which items are specifically being returned
  • In addition, for Fulfillment Clients you should provide the client’s with a packing slip to print for returns which includes the SKU names and counts so Quiqup can process them accordingly.
