Delivery Types
Quiqup offers 5 delivery services currently:
- Next day: order before your contract cut-off time, and order is delivered the next day before 10pm
- Same day: order before your contract cut-off time, and order is delivered the same day before 10pm
- 4-hour: order before 6pm, and order is delivered within 4 hours of order placed. This service is only currently available from our Al Quoz Warehouse.
- Returns: place the return order before midnight, and we will collect it from the customer the next day. Depending on the emirate of pick-up, the arrival back to our warehouse will either be that day or the following day.
- International: through international partners with SLAs based on country. ⚠️ a separate agreement must be signed for Quiqup to process international orders
