Overview
Here is a step-by-step guide for setting up and installing the new Shopify App Integration on your Quiqup Dashboard.
This integration simplifies the process and order flow from Shopify to Quiqdash, leveraging the latest features of this expanding application.
1. Access Quiqdash
- Go to your Quiqup dashboard
- Login or sign up
2. Navigate to " Integrations " tab and click " Connect " under Shopify

3. Connector Installation
- Ensure you have selected the correct store on the top right
- Then, install the connector by clicking on " Install "

4. Configurations
- Click on " Settings " to enter the settings page and map your settings

- Order Creation Rule
- Toggle to automatically mark all the orders " Ready for Collection "
- Activating this feature will automatically mark new Shopify orders as 'Ready for Collection.' Please be aware that orders will be scheduled for pickup during the next available collection time. If your business does not operate every day of the week, it is advisable not to enable this feature.

- Automatic Fulfillment
- This feature automatically updates your Shopify order's fulfillment status. When the selected status is reached, the order is marked as 'Fulfilled,' and the tracking link is added. Shopify will stay updated with the latest delivery status.
- States:
- Never: The order must be manually fulfilled on Shopify, and the tracking must be added manually.
- Ready for Collection: Order is fulfilled once the order is marked " Ready for Collection "
- Best advisable option to use.
- At Depot: Order is fulfilled once the order is at our warehouse.
- This option does not work on 4 Hours orders, only on Same Day,Next Day, and International orders.
- Out for Delivery: Order is fulfilled once the order is out for delivery.
- This option is good but it might be a late option for the customer to receive the tracking link through Shopify.
- States:
- This feature automatically updates your Shopify order's fulfillment status. When the selected status is reached, the order is marked as 'Fulfilled,' and the tracking link is added. Shopify will stay updated with the latest delivery status.

- Pickup Location(s)
- If you haven't added any location before, please follow the steps below. Otherwise, you can skip to the next step
- The " Name " field is what will appear on the label. So, make sure you add the correct name to display on your label.
- Map your location(s) to the one(s) configured on your account.
- You can exclude locations by mapping them to " Do not Read Orders "
Make sure your address(es) have the correct information to avoid collection issues or delays.

- Delivery Method Mapping
- Map your Shopify shipping methods to Quiqup delivery services
- In Shopify, you can set up your shipping rates and zones. To use Quiqup’s services, you’ll need to map these rates and zones to the matching Quiqup delivery services.
- Make sure that your rates are named uniquely to avoid mapping issues (i.e Next Day, Same Day, UAE Standard, GCC Standard, etc..)
- Map your Shopify shipping methods to Quiqup delivery services
Note: The connector will not automatically set up the delivery rates. They should be configured manually on Shopify

- Save the settings

Please be aware that the configurations and automation will only affect orders placed after the installation. Any orders created prior to this will need to be processed manually.
