Setup your checkout

Ensure that on your checkout page “Phone number” is a separate field.

Instead of having one field “Email and phone number” like below

Please, configure the checkout page to have two separate fields for phone and email, like below:

You can do so by going to “ Settings “:

Then Go to “ Checkout “:

Scroll down to reach “ Shipping address phone number “ and tick “ Required “:
