In the Account Settings section, you can find the following information:
  1. Pickup address: This is the address where the your items will be picked up.
  2. Company details: you can view and update their company information.
  3. Cut-off time: This refers to the specific time by which orders need to be placed for the different services.
  4. Rates: You can access and review the rates and pricing information.


Pickup address


In the Pickup Address section, You can see the pickup addresses they have saved in their account. In the case of fulfillment accounts, this will be set to default as one of our locations.


Company


In the Company Information section, you can view the details they have submitted and that we have configured under your account. This includes important information about your company, such as the company name, contact details, and other relevant information.


Cut off time


In this section, you can review the agreed cut-off times for each service agreed upon with Quiqup. 


Rates

In this section, partners can see the agreed rates they have with Quiqup for each service. It provides partners with a clear view of the pricing arrangements and helps them understand the costs associated with each service offered by Quiqup.


Notifications

The yellow banner you see is used to display specific messages that we want to notify our partners about. Here are some main use cases for these messages:
  1. Bad weather: We can inform you about any weather conditions that may affect operations.
  2. Delays in orders: If there is a sudden increase in orders, we can let you know about potential delays.
  3. Overdue payments: We can remind you about any outstanding payments that need to be made.
