Order details
This is the detailed order view where you can find all the information related to the order, including:
- Sender info: Details about the user who placed the order.
- Receiver info: Details about the user who will receive the order.
- Order info: Details about the order.
- Parcels: Details about the parcel.
- Products: Details about the products shipped. This is particularly important when the partner has fulfillment and/or export services with us.
- History: This is where you can see the chain of custody, including all the events with timestamps of what happened to the order.
Actions
The actions you can take on an individual order depend on its state.
1) Pending State
When the order is in the Pending state, you can:
- Mark the order as Ready for Collection.
- Download the label.
- Make edits to:
- Sender details
- Receiver details
- Parcel details
- Payment details
- You can cancel the order
2) Ready for Collection State
Once the order is moved to the Ready for Collection status, you will no longer be able to make any edits directly. If you need to make any changes to the order at this point, you need to reach out to the support team for assistance.
3) Delivery Complete State
Once the order has been marked as delivered, you can create a return or replacement order if needed. This will initiate the process for returning the order or requesting a replacement for any issues or concerns that may have arisen during the delivery.
