Quiqup will inform end customers of their delivery status through Whatsapp messages and update through a tracking link provided.


Timing of Communication

We communicate to customers with updates on their orders automatically via whatsapp or text at the following states:
  • Order is out for delivery
  • Delivery failed
  • Order delivered successfully
  • Return order has been placed with Quiqup
  • Return order is out for collection
  • Return order collection failed


Tracking Link

Customers are sent tracking links when the orders are marked as “Ready for collection”


Allowed changes by customers

Customers are allowed to change/update their address through the tracking link as long as the order is not out for delivery:


In addition customers have the option to choose a “Leave at the door” option on the tracking link.
