Creating an order

International orders are displayed in the main Quiqdash interface under shipping they are referred to as Export. They are created via Shopify or API integration. Manual creation is not available.
Orders come in 2 statuses: “Pending” - all order data is correct, “Error” - you should update order information so it can be shipped.

Fixing errors

To fix an Error go inside the order - there you will see what you should fix. In the example below it is either city or country. We see that country is Saudi Arabia so Dubai is wrong & we should change it.

Click the “Update order” button and make the changes. Click “Save” at the bottom.

Preparing shipment

Once all the errors are fixed click Actions → Download Label. The order will be marked automatically as Ready for Collection and the driver will picked it up at the time displayed. Attach the printed label to the box.

Order Tracking

Once we ship the order from our warehouse its status is changed to “Out for delivery” and your customer will receive an email with the tracking link. You can track the order by clicking on the tracking URL on the order page and then “Track Order”.
