What You Need to Do Before Sending Inventory

Packaging Requirements

Your responsibilities:

  • Protect products adequately and seal all boxes completely
  • Keep each SKU contained within a single box. While you can mix different SKUs in one box, don't split the same SKU across multiple boxes.
  • Label each box with alphanumeric characters for our receiving team
  • Fill partially-full boxes with recyclable packing material
  • Weight limit: Maximum 20kg per box - clearly label heavier boxes
  • For pallet shipments: Contact us 48 hours in advance so we can prepare proper equipment

Product Barcoding

Option 1 - You handle barcoding:

  • Barcode each product and reference codes in your e-commerce platform

Option 2 - We handle barcoding:

  • Include clear description, photo, and corresponding SKU/barcode for each item in every box
  • We'll complete barcoding during our receiving process at the charge agreed in the contract

Required Documentation (Submit 48 Hours Before Delivery)

All documents must be submitted 48 hours prior to inbound to ensure accurate processing and adequate warehouse preparation. Please send your documents as a reply to the calendar invite after your booking (see next step).

Booking Your Delivery Slot

How to book: Use our online booking system with 48-hour advance notice.

If you miss your timeslot:

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment
  • Vehicle may be asked to wait
  • To reschedule: Use the booking link or contact our Live Operations team

Collection Service Available

We can collect from: Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi

Rates: As agreed in your contract

What We Do When Your Inventory Arrives

Our Process (Completed in Order)

  1. Accept and count boxes against your documentation
  2. Individual stock count and quality control
  3. Barcode items (if you haven't already)
  4. Send discrepancy report - we'll wait for your confirmation before proceeding if quantities don't match your ASN
  5. Put away items to appropriate warehouse locations
  6. Update systems - inventory syncs to both our WMS and your e-commerce platform

Result: Your "Available" quantity updates automatically in your chosen platform location. Inventory reduces automatically when orders process.


Processing Timelines

24-48 Hours

  • 1-6 SKUs: Up to 1,000 total units
  • Up to 10 SKUs: Less than 100 total units

48-72 Hours

  • Up to 10 SKUs: Less than 300 total units
  • 1-6 SKUs: Up to 5,000 total units

Custom Timeline Required

  • More than 10 SKUs: 300+ total units
  • 1-10 SKUs: Greater than 5,000 total units


Important: Shipments without proper ASN and packing lists will be refused, as processing time can double without these documents.
