  • Platform access (collaborator codes)
  • Product information & SKU lists
  • Key team members on the call

  • Decision maker + platform admin

Best Case: Integration completed during the call!


Phase 3: Testing

Days 5-7 | 2-3 days

What We Test:

  • Order processing from your website
  • Inventory synchronization
  • Different order types (COD, bundles, international)

Your Role:

  • Monitor for test orders in your system
  • Answer any questions from our team

Phase 4: Operations Call

Week 2 | 30-45 minutes

What We Cover:

  • Inventory: How to send stock to us
  • Fulfillment: How we pick, pack & ship
  • Returns: How returns are handled
  • Support: How to reach us

Key Outcome: Your first inventory inbound gets scheduled

Who Should Attend:

  • Operations manager + inventory handler

Phase 5: First Inbound & Go-Live

Days 10-14 | 1-3 days

What Happens:

  1. You ship inventory to our fulfillment center
  2. We receive, inspect & organize your products
  3. We send you a detailed report
  4. You approve the inbound
  5. You're LIVE!

You'll Receive:

  • Total units & SKUs received
  • Any discrepancies found
  • Storage space used

Phase 6: Platform Training

After 3 orders | 30 minutes

Quiqdash Training:

  • Real-time order tracking
  • Inventory management
  • Performance metrics
  • Support ticket system
