Here are definitions for the various order statuses within the Quiqup system:
Order State | Description |
---|---|
Pending | Order has been received in our system |
Error | Order could not be booked with external carrier for international orders. Please verify the error and correct missing details |
Out of stock | For fulfillment clients only - order can't be processed as items are out of stock |
Ready for Picking | For fulfillment clients only - Order received by the fulfillment center |
Picking Started | For fulfillment clients only - Order is being picked and packed by the fulfillment team |
Ready for Collection | Order is packed and ready for handover to the delivery team |
Out for Collection | Courier is collecting the parcel |
Collection Failed | Courier failed to collect the parcel (with reason) |
Collected | Courier collected the parcel |
At Depot | Order is at our warehouse with the delivery team, ready for dispatch |
On Hold | Order is on hold by our delivery team (with reason) while investigating |
Out for Delivery | Order has been handed over to the courier |
Delivery Failed | Courier failed the delivery (with reason) |
Delivery Complete | Order has been delivered to the receiver |
Returned to Origin | Order has been returned to the fulfillment center, after 2 failed attempts and an unreachable customer, or 3 failed attempts. |
