*Orders are only editable in the Pending & Ready for Collection state. Orders in any other state are immutable*
You can access the order details by either clicking on the order reference or the eye icon on the right of the order.

You can start editing the order by clicking on " Actions " and then proceeding to edit the block of choice.

If you edit an order in Ready for Collection status a duplicate order will be created and the current one will be cancelled.

Addresses
Sender Info
- Name: The sender name that will appear on the label
- Phone Number: The phone number of the person of contact for collecting the order
- Address1: Collection location of the order
- Address2: Additional information needed to locate the collection address
*make sure the details are accurate to avoid delays and failed collections

Receiver Info
- Name: The receiver name that will appear on the label
- Phone Number: The phone number of the person of contact for receiving the order.
- Address1: Recipient 's location
- Address2: Additional information needed to locate the receiver address
- Post Code: Unique post code of the delivery destination.
- City: Destination city of the order
- State: Destination state of the order
- Country: Destination country of the order
- Email: email of the recipient.
*make sure the details are accurate to avoid delays and failed deliveries

Save the changes
Scroll down to the end of the page and click on " Save " to ensure the order has been amended.
