*Orders are only editable in the Pending & Ready for Collection state. Orders in any other state are immutable*
You can access the order details by either clicking on the order reference or the eye icon on the right of the order.

You can start editing the order by clicking on " Actions " and then proceeding to edit the block of choice.

If you edit an order in Ready for Collection status a duplicate order will be created and the current one will be cancelled.

Parcels
- In this block you can amend the parcel(s) by:
- Updating Dimensions in cm:
- Maximum dimensions L+W+H< 200 cm
- Any given dimension <100 cm
- Updating Weight in Kg
- Maximum Weight: 25 Kg/order
- Additional weight above 5 Kg might incur additional charges, please check your account pricing to make sure.
- Add/remove parcels: Add or remove any parcel to or from the order
- Maximum parcels/order: 8
- Updating Dimensions in cm:

Save the changes
Scroll down to the end of the page and click on " Save " to ensure the order has been amended.
