*Orders are only editable in the Pending & Ready for Collection state. Orders in any other state are immutable*
You can access the order details by either clicking on the order reference or the eye icon on the right of the order.

You can start editing the order by clicking on " Actions " and then proceeding to edit the block of choice.

If you edit an order in Ready for Collection status a duplicate order will be created and the current one will be cancelled.

Order Info
- Delivery Service: You can change the delivery service to any available service your account has.
- Note: You can only change the delivery service for local deliveries.
- Payment Type: Change the payment type of the order from either " Pre paid " or " Pay on delivery " (COD)
- Payment Amount: Amount to be collect upon delivery
- Shipment Number: Add or remove additional parcels to and from the order.
- Note: Additional parcel might incur an additional charge to the order, please check your account pricing to make sure.

Save the changes
Scroll down to the end of the page and click on " Save " to ensure the order has been amended.
