Quiqdash is your logistics management portal for domestic delivery, international delivery, and fulfilment services. Your dashboard access level depends on the services you’ve activated with Quiqup.

Accessing Your Dashboard

We recommend bookmarking this page in your browser for easy access to your Quiqup logistics dashboard.

Access locations: Quiqdash works on desktop and tablet browsers. Mobile access is supported for quick updates but optimized for Chrome on desktop.

Setting Up Login Credentials

New Accounts

When your account is created, you’ll receive an automated email from Quiqup with a link to set up your password. This email is sent when your contract is signed or when you’ve registered directly on our website.

Existing Accounts

Simply log in using your registered email address and password. If you’ve recently updated your credentials or changed your email domain, contact your account manager to ensure access continuity.

Security tip: Never share your password or forward your activation email. Quiqup will never ask you for your credentials via email or chat.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Enter your registered email address on the login page and click Continue.

  1. Click “Forgot password?” below the login button.

  1. Select your preferred reset method (email or SMS) and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Password reset links expire after a short time for security reasons. If the link no longer works, repeat the process to generate a new one.

Can’t Access Your Account?

If you haven’t received your login email or can’t access your account, please contact your Quiqup Account Manager or reach out to apisupport@quiqup.com.

Include in your message:
  • Your company name
  • Registered email address
  • Brief description of the issue (e.g., “Password reset email not received”)
