Dashboard Overview
When you log into Quiqdash, you’ll see your main workspace with these key components:
- Left sidebar (1): Access all platform sections and tools.
- Top search bar (2): Find specific orders quickly.
- Filter options (3): Narrow your view by status or fields.
- Bulk action bar (4): Perform actions on multiple selected orders.
- Per-order actions (5): Manage each order from its row.
- Order list (6): See your orders in a customizable table.

Search & Filters
Advanced filtering
- Open filters: Click the filter icon on the right side.

Order Actions
Order management actions
The top action bar provides these key functions:
- Ready for Collection:Mark selected orders as ready for pickup.
- For all clients except fulfilment accounts, marking an order Ready for Collection is required for Quiqup to initiate a collection.
- Bulk Actions:Perform actions on multiple selected orders:
- Download selected orders’ labels
- Download all labels for orders in state Pending
- Download selected orders’ data

Customizable Order View
The order table displays your orders with customizable columns. Click the Columns button in the top right to choose which information to show or hide.

Individual Order Actions
Click the three-dot menu (…) in the Actions column to:
Screenshot: Per-order actions- View order details: Open the full order view.
- Print label: Generate and print shipping labels.
- Create return: Start a return (available once an order has been delivered).
- Cancel order: Cancel pending orders.
- Edit order: Modify details (if available).
⚠️ Important: You can cancel an order only when it is in Pending, or Ready for collection. For orders already in delivery stages, please contact our Support Team to cancel or return the order. (Fulfilment clients cannot cancel via the dashboard if they are in ready for collection or in picking started state.)
Pagination & view options
- Page controls: Use Previous/Next at the bottom to navigate pages.
- Items per page: The view typically shows 50 orders per page.
- Total count: See total orders (e.g., “Page 1 of 1 (4 items)”).
