Track your delivery performance and operational insights directly in your Quiqup dashboard. By default, analytics show data from the last 7 days — use the date picker in the top-right to change your reporting window.

Available Analytics

Your dashboard provides key delivery metrics to help monitor performance, identify trends, and spot improvement opportunities.

MetricWhat it shows
Delivered OrdersTotal number of successfully completed deliveries.
Success RatePercentage of successful deliveries vs. total attempts.
Number of AttemptsTotal delivery attempts across all orders.
Order StatusCurrent status breakdown: delivered, in transit, failed, or returned.

Graph Data Export

Export data directly from any graph:

  1. Click the three-dot (⋯) menu at the top-right corner of the chart.
  2. Select “Download data” to export as a .CSV file for use in Excel.
Note: Graph exports include only visible data based on your selected date range and filters.

Client Orders Raw Data

For deeper analysis, use the Client Orders export under your Analytics section. This provides full delivery history including:

  • Order creation and fulfilment timestamps
  • Customer and recipient details (name, address, phone)
  • Tracking and status updates
  • Delivery attempts and outcomes
Tip: Combine exported order data with your platform reports to track average delivery times, success rates, and first-attempt delivery percentages.
