Initiation of Returns

How to start a return: Returns can be initiated through Quiqdash or automated if you use Shopify by purchasing Returns Prime


⚠️ Important for Fulfillment Clients: You cannot use "Create Single Order" for returns. Returns must be created from previously delivered orders only.


Creating a return from an existing order

  1. Login to your Quiqdash account on your "Home" tab
  2. Select an order that was previously delivered, and click on the 3 dots in the "Actions" column
  3. Select "Return Order"
  4. Mark the Return Order as "Ready for Collection"


SKU Selection for Fulfillment Returns

When processing fulfillment returns, you must specify exactly which items and quantities are being returned.

  1. Access SKU selection: After creating the return from a delivered order, navigate to the item selection section 
  2. Select returned items: Choose specific SKUs from the original order
  3. Set quantities:Enter the exact quantity being returned for each selected SKU
  4. Verify selections: Confirm all returned items and quantities are correct



Automated returns via integration

  1. either using our API documentation
  2. or via integrations through Returns Prime on Shopify

Collection of Returns by Quiqup

Timeline: Return requests placed before midnight will be collected the following day from the customer

Collection Process

Customer notification:

  • Customers receive WhatsApp confirmation that courier will pick up the order the following day
  • Collection time window provided via WhatsApp

Packaging requirements:

  • Quiqup couriers bring a Quiqup pouch for collection
  • If items don't fit in provided pouch, customer must seal items in original packaging
  • ⚠️ Important: Quiqup will refuse collection of non-sealed returns

Return to warehouse:

  • Same day: Orders collected within Dubai
  • Following day: Orders collected from outer Emirates

Failed Delivery Returns (RTO):

  • Failed deliveries returned to fulfillment center are inspected automatically
  • Undamaged items are put back to stock directly
  • No additional approval required for RTO restocking unless specifically requested at the time of onboarding, or visible damage is noticed by our teams

Your responsibility: We strongly encourage you to have a clearly defined return policy on your website

What Quiqup provides:

  • Collection and processing of returns
  • Inspection and restocking services
  • Disposal of damaged items

What Quiqup does not provide:

  • Product exchanges (returns only)
  • Customer refunds
  • Return policy management
  • Customer communication regarding refunds

Note: All refund processing and customer communication remains your responsibility
