Process customer returns efficiently with two methods: creating returns from delivered orders or manual input for new return requests.

Creating Returns from Delivered Orders

The fastest way to create returns is directly from previously delivered orders.

  1. Locate the delivered order: Find the original order in your order history
  2. Select return option: Click the return button on the delivered order
  3. Adjust items (Fulfillment only): Select specific SKUs and quantities being returned
  4. Mark ready for collection: Ensure prompt pickup by marking the return ready for collection

Result: Return order is created with original order details that can be customized before processing.


Manual Return Creation

For new return requests that weren't part of previous orders, create returns manually.


⚠️ Important for Fulfillment Clients: You cannot use "Create Single Order" for returns. Returns must be created from previously delivered orders only.


For Non-Fulfillment Clients

  1. Start new order:Click "Create Single Order" then select "Return"
  2. Enter pickup details:Provide accurate customer address and contact information
  3. Configure drop-off location:Set your return location
  4. Reference number: Add an order reference number.
  5. Add products:which products we are collecting, this is optional
  6. Create Order:Ensure to mark the order as ready for collection when you want to confirm it.

SKU Selection for Fulfillment Returns

When processing fulfillment returns, you must specify exactly which items and quantities are being returned.

  1. Access SKU selection: After creating the return from a delivered order, navigate to the item selection section 
  2. Select returned items: Choose specific SKUs from the original order
  3. Set quantities:Enter the exact quantity being returned for each selected SKU
  4. Verify selections: Confirm all returned items and quantities are correct

What Happens Next

Once you mark your return order as "Ready for Collection", our team processes it according to your location and client type.

Collection Timeline

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Returns submitted before midnight are collected the following day and returned the day after
  • Other destinations: Collection may take an additional day due to logistics coverage
