Upload multiple orders simultaneously using a CSV file to streamline your order creation process. Bulk orders save time when placing many orders at once.
⚠️ Important: This feature is not available for fulfillment clients as it doesn't allow for SKU selection. Bulk orders are designed for non-integrated last-mile clients who need to upload multiple delivery orders.

How to Upload Bulk Orders
- Access bulk orders:Log in to Quiqdash and click the "Create Bulk Order" button
- Download template:Download the CSV template provided in the interface
- Fill in your data: Complete the template with your order information following the format below
- Upload file: Select your completed CSV file and upload it to the system
- Confirm upload: Submit your bulk order for processing
- If any errors, review the errors and reupload
CSV File Format
Use the downloaded template and fill in each column exactly as specified. Each row represents one delivery order.

After Upload
What Happens Next
- Label generation: Download AWB labels in bulk by pressing the "download AWB" button after upload
- Mark ready: Set orders as "Ready for Collection" when packages are prepared from the "Home" menu
- Collection: Couriers collect according to your selected service type
Managing Your Orders
View and manage all uploaded orders in your main dashboard:
- Download AWB labels for packaging
- Track delivery status and progress
- Monitor collection and delivery attempts
- Access delivery confirmations
Troubleshooting
Common Upload Issues
- Invalid phone format: Use exactly 9 digits with no spaces, dashes, or country codes
- Service type errors: Use exact spelling with proper capitalization: "4 Hours", "Same Day", or "Next Day"
- Missing required fields: All columns except "Delivery Instructions" must have values
- Area not recognized: Verify area names match those shown on Google Maps for Dubai
- File format issues: Save as .csv format, maximum 1000 orders per file
- Upload fails: Check that your CSV has the exact column headers from the downloaded template
