When Orders Can Be Edited
You can edit orders in the following statuses:
- Pending - Full editing capabilities available
- Error - Full editing capabilities available
Fulfillment clients can only edit orders in Pending or an Error status.
⚠️ Important: If you need to edit an order after these statuses, please contact our support team for assistance.
Editing Addresses

Sender Information
- Name: Sender name that appears on the delivery label
- Phone Number: Contact number for collection coordination
- Address1: Primary collection location
- Address2: Additional location details (apartment, floor, etc.)
Receiver Information
- Name: Recipient name for the delivery label
- Phone Number: Contact number for delivery coordination
- Address1: Primary delivery location
- Address2: Additional location details
- Post Code: Destination postal code
- City: Delivery city
- State: Delivery state/region
- Country: Delivery country
- Email: Recipient email address
⚠️ Important: Ensure all address details are accurate to avoid delivery delays and failed attempts.
Editing Order Information

Available Order Settings
- Delivery Service: Change to any available service on your account (local deliveries only)
- Payment Type: Switch between "Prepaid" and "Pay on delivery" (COD) if applicable
- Payment Amount: Set COD collection amount
- Shipment info: Select carrier and incoterm

Note: Additional parcels may incur extra charges. Check your account pricing for details.
Editing Parcels

Parcel Specifications
Dimensions (in cm)
- Maximum total dimensions: L+W+H < 200 cm
- Individual dimension limit: Any single dimension < 100 cm
Weight (in kg)
- Maximum weight: 25 kg per order
- Additional charges: Weight above 5 kg may incur extra fees
Parcel Management
- Add/Remove Parcels: Modify parcel count as needed
- Maximum parcels: 8 parcels per order
Note: Check your account pricing for weight-related charges before finalizing changes.
Editing Products

Product Details
- Description: Product name or description
- Quantity: Number of units in the order
- Unit Price: Individual product price
- Dimensions: Product dimensions in cm
- Weight: Product weight in kg
Additional Product Information
For Inventory Management
- SKU: Stock keeping unit reference (not required for last mile delivery)
For International Deliveries
- Country of Origin: Product's country of origin (essential for international orders)
- HS Code: Harmonized System code for customs (learn more about HS Codes)
⚠️ Important: Country of Origin and HS Code are mandatory for international deliveries.
Changing Service Settings

Service Configuration Options
Service Types
- Delivery Service: Switch between available services (4 Hours, Same Day, Next Day, International)
Carrier Selection
- Available Carriers: Choose from carriers configured on your account
- Carrier Restrictions: Some carriers may have specific requirements or limitations
International Settings
- Incoterms: Select appropriate International Commercial Terms (DDU, DDP, etc.)

Note: Available options depend on your account configuration and destination country requirements.
Saving Changes

After making all necessary changes:
- Review your edits: Double-check all modified information
- Scroll to bottom: Navigate to the end of the editing page
- Click "Save": Confirm all amendments to the order
- Reprint labels: Generate new shipping labels with updated information
Result: Your order will be updated with the new information. You must print fresh labels to ensure accurate delivery with the modified details.
