Proper packaging ensures your shipments arrive safely to customers. Follow our guidelines for measuring, weighing, packing methods, sealing, labeling, and handling restricted items.

Quiqup Guidelines

Size & Weight Limits

  • Same Day & Next Day Delivery: Maximum dimensions Length + Width + Height less than 200cm (e.g., 50x50x100cm) and weight less than 25kg
  • 4-Hour Express Delivery: Maximum 40x40x40cm and 5kg weight limit

Additional Weight Charges: Orders exceeding 5kg incur additional fees. Contact your Account Manager for pricing details.


Packaging Options

  • Your Own Packaging: Use sturdy, undamaged boxes with all flaps intact
  • Quiqup Branded Pouches & stickers: create a live support ticket to request new pouches or stickers


Additional stickers for packaging

  • Fragile: available free of charge 
  • Temperature sensitive: available after pricing discussion with account manager 
  • B2B: available free of charge after B2B account set-up 
  • Office Address: available free of charge to allow our teams to easily identify and prioritize office addresses before closing times. 


Quiqup will only accept and recognize stickers provided by us


Labeling Requirements

  • Mandatory AWB Label: Every package must have a printed AWB label. Orders without AWB labels will be rejected
  • One Package = One AWB: Each box, pouch, or envelope counts as one parcel. One order can contain multiple parcels
  • Multiple Items: For orders with multiple items, edit your shipment and "add parcel" with sequential numbering (e.g., 17246044-1, 17246044-2). Each parcel should be attached with its own label.

Shipping Label & Paperwork

Label Quality Requirements

  • Clear and Readable: Printout must be clear with scannable barcodes
  • Original Size: Do not resize or alter the label while printing
  • No Additional Markings: Keep labels clean without extra markings

Label Placement Guidelines

  • Flat Surface: Affix labels on the flat side of packaging
  • Visible Placement: Use the most visible/largest side of the package
  • Barcode Visibility: Ensure barcode and To/From addresses are clearly visible
  • Avoid Folding: Labels must not be folded along any package edge
