Fulfillment Account B2B Orders
If you have a fulfillment account with stored inventory, submit B2B orders via email with advance notice.
Order Submission Requirements
Minimum Notice: Submit orders at least 48 hours before required delivery date.
Email Process:
- Send order request: Email ffsupport@quiqup.com with your B2B order details
- Include required information:
- Required delivery date
- Recipient information
- SKU details and quantities
- Special handling requirements (if any)
- Await confirmation: The fulfillment team will confirm order acceptance via email
- Track progress: Monitor order status through your Quiqdash account once prepared
FBA/FBN Orders - Special Requirements +
For Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or Fulfillment by Network (FBN) orders:
Your Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointment: Arrange delivery appointment directly with the receiver
- Available times: Afternoon hours, Monday through Saturday
- Submit documentation:Send to Quiqup:
- Appointment confirmation letter from receiver
- SKU barcodes for printing
Timeline: Ensure appointment scheduling aligns with 48-hour advance notice requirement.
Last-Mile Delivery Account B2B Orders
If you use Quiqup exclusively for delivery services (not fulfillment), B2B orders require a separate account setup.
Account Setup Process
- Contact your account manager: Request a dedicated B2B account creation
- Request B2B stickers: Ask for identification stickers during account setup - these are required for all B2B orders
- Account confirmation: Wait for your dedicated B2B Quiqdash account credentials
Placing B2B Orders
- Login: Use your dedicated B2B Quiqdash account
- Create order: Select "next day order" option
- Configure parcels: Each box requires its own individual airway bill
- Apply stickers: Ensure B2B identification stickers are visible on all packages (see packaging guidelines)

- Mark ready: Set order as "ready for collection" when prepared

Delivery Schedule
Standard B2B Deliveries: Morning delivery to malls and stores following designated receiving windows
FBA/FBN Deliveries: Afternoon delivery during pre-arranged appointment times, Monday through Saturday
Proof of Delivery
Documentation: All delivery confirmations and signed receipts are uploaded to your Quiqdash account for record keeping.
⚠️ Important: B2B stickers are mandatory for all last-mile delivery B2B orders to ensure proper identification and processing.
