Quiqup offers multiple ways to connect your online store or order management system so your orders flow automatically into our delivery and fulfilment platform — no manual uploads, no spreadsheets, no delays.

Choose your path: Whether you’re a small store on Shopify, a retailer using middleware like Shipsy, or a brand with a custom-built system, there’s an integration method that fits your setup.

Integration Options at a Glance

There are two main families of integration with Quiqup:

Last-Mile Delivery Only – for merchants who pick and pack their own orders and only need Quiqup for delivery.
Fulfilment + Delivery – for merchants who store stock in Quiqup’s fulfilment centres and want us to handle the full process (storage, picking, packing, and delivery).

1. Last-Mile Delivery Integrations

These options connect your own e-commerce store or order system directly to Quiqup for delivery only.

1.1 Direct API Integration

Best for: Businesses with in-house or agency developers who want maximum flexibility.

How it works: Your system sends delivery requests to our API. We return labels, tracking numbers, and live updates via webhooks.
Typical users: Medium to large retailers with custom-built websites or order management systems (OMS).

1.2 E-commerce Connectors (Shopify, WooCommerce)

Best for: Small and medium-sized stores on Shopify or WooCommerce who want to connect instantly without developers.

How it works: Install the Quiqup Connector from your Quiqdash dashboard, link your store, and orders will sync automatically for delivery.
Typical users: Direct-to-consumer brands or boutique retailers using standard e-commerce platforms.

2. Fulfilment + Delivery Integrations

These options connect to Quiqup’s fulfilment network — so we handle storage, picking, packing, and last-mile delivery on your behalf.

2.1 Fulfilment API

Best for: Brands with their own back-office or OMS who want to automate full fulfilment and delivery.

How it works: Your system pushes orders directly to our Fulfilment API. Quiqup manages the full order lifecycle and sends live status updates back via webhooks.

Which option should I choose?

Shopify / WooCommerce: Fastest, no-code setup — ideal for most small to medium stores.
Middleware (Shipsy, Carriyo, etc.): Best if you already manage deliveries through a TMS/CMS.
Direct API: For technical teams that want full control and customization.
Fulfilment API: For full-service logistics — store, pick, pack, and deliver with Quiqup.

How the data flows

Regardless of which integration you choose, the data moves in the same simple way:

Orders in: Orders reach Quiqup either through your connector, API, or middleware.
Status updates: As we process and deliver your order, real-time updates are sent back to your system.
Tracking: Your customers receive live tracking links, and you can view order status in Quiqdash.
