This step-by-step guide shows you how to connect Shopify to Quiqup so new orders flow into your Quiqdash automatically for pickup and delivery. No tech skills required.
Before you start
- Have a Quiqup account. If you don’t, sign up from the Quiqup website.
- Know your Shopify admin login. You’ll be asked to approve the connection during setup.
Step 1 — Log in to Quiqdash
- Open your Quiqup dashboard and log in with your email and password.

Step 2 — Open the Integrations tab
- From the left menu, click Integrations.
- Find Shopify and click Connect.

Step 3 — Install the Shopify connector
- When Shopify opens, check the store shown at the top-right is the one you want to connect.
- You can also directly go to the Application on the Shopify App store here and it will ask you to login. If you prefer, either method works the same.
- Click Install app to approve. You’ll return to Quiqdash automatically.

Step 4 — Configure your connector settings
In Quiqdash, click Settings under the Shopify connector and work through the sections below.

A) Order Creation Rule
Choose whether new Shopify orders should be automatically marked “Ready for Collection” in Quiqdash.
- ON (Recommended if you operate daily): Every new order is queued for pickup at the next available collection time.
- OFF (Manual in case you don't operate daily): You’ll manually mark orders Ready for Collection.

B) Automatic Fulfillment (Shopify status + tracking)
Decide when Shopify should mark the order Fulfilled and add the tracking link:
| Option | What happens | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Never | You fulfill manually in Shopify; you add tracking yourself. | Full manual control. |
| Ready for Collection | Shopify is fulfilled when the order becomes Ready for Collection. | Recommended for most stores. |
| At Depot | Shopify is fulfilled when the parcel arrives at our warehouse. | Works on Same Day, Next Day, International (not 4-Hour). |
| Out for Delivery | Shopify is fulfilled when the driver leaves for delivery. | Tracking may appear later for customers. |
C) Pickup Location(s)
- If you haven’t added locations yet, click Add Pickup Location button.
- Use a clear Name — it prints on labels (e.g., “Main Store – SZR”).
- In the connector settings, map your Shopify location(s) to your Quiqup location(s).
- To exclude a location, leave it unselected. Quiqup only imports orders from locations you explicitly map.
- Check addresses carefully to avoid collection delays.

D) Delivery Method Mapping
Link your Shopify shipping options to Quiqup’s services.
- In Shopify, set up your Shipping rates & zones (e.g., Same Day, Next Day, UAE Standard, GCC Standard).
- In Quiqdash, map each Shopify rate to the matching Quiqup service.
- Give each Shopify rate a unique name to avoid mapping issues.

E) Save your settings
Click Save settings at the bottom of the page.

Step 5 — Finish
- All new Shopify orders will now flow into Quiqdash automatically.
- Orders created before installation aren’t affected and may need manual handling.
That’s it! Once saved, new Shopify orders will start syncing automatically within minutes. Happy selling!
Troubleshooting
- Nothing appears in Quiqdash? Recheck that you mapped the correct locations and delivery methods, and that “Order Creation Rule” is set the way you expect.
- Tracking not appearing in Shopify? Review your Automatic Fulfillment setting.
- Collections failing? Confirm your pickup address and opening days are correct.
