To set up your delivery rates go to your Shopify admin settings and press Shipping and Delivery
Press on General
Click “Create Zone”
Name the zone and choose that will be covered by this zone and press “Save”
After saving, press add rate to set up the rate
In the pop-up choose “Set up your own rates”, choose rate name and set up the price for it
Press done.
