Manage your collection addresses within the platform. Update address details, add new locations, or modify existing entries as your business expands. This will enable these locations to be selected from a dropdown when you create an order in Quiqdash.

Company

View your company profile and business information displayed across the platform and in customer communications.

Cut-off Times

View your contractual cut-off times for each delivery service. These settings determine booking windows for your delivery options.

Access your negotiated rates and pricing structure for all delivery services. View current pricing across different carriers and service levels.

Terms

View your signed terms and conditions if completed through online registration. Access the legal agreements governing your Quiqup service.

Shipping Profiles

Create and manage automated shipping rules that determine which carrier and delivery terms to use based on destination countries. Shipping profiles enable automatic carrier selection for your ecommerce integrations. 

Key Features:

• Rule-based routing: Define which carrier and Incoterm to use for specific destination countries
• Ecommerce integration: Map profiles to your Shopify or WooCommerce delivery methods
• Multiple profiles: Create different routing strategies for various product lines or regions
• Fallback options: Set default carriers when specific rules don't match

Example Use Case: Create a "DHL Europe" profile that automatically routes all EU orders to DHL with DDP terms, while sending other destinations via Aramex with DDU terms.

Configuration

Manage your product pricing within the Quiqup platform for international shipments.

• Set product pricing by product (only available for fulfilment clients)
