Cancel your order directly from the Home menu before it reaches certain stages of processing.

How to Cancel Your Order


  1. Navigate to Home: Open the Home menu in your dashboard
  2. Find your order: Locate the order you want to cancel
  3. Click cancel icon: Select the cancel icon next to your order
  4. Confirm cancellation: Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation


Cancellation Windows

Last-Mile Clients

You can cancel your order up until Ready for Collection (RFC) status.


Fulfillment Clients

You can only cancel orders in pending state. Once your order moves beyond pending, you'll need to contact our support team for assistance.


⚠️ Important: Cancellation requests after pending state may incur charges if items have already been picked and packed.


Potential Charges

Processing Fees

If your items have already been picked and packed, cancellation charges may apply based on the work completed.


Return to Origin

If your items are already in our delivery route, they will need to be Returned to Origin with applicable return fees.
